MARCIA FERRARESI has more than 30 years of experience in managing and implementing complex projects in large engineering companies. Since 2012, she has been at Pátria Investimentos, one of the largest alternative investment managers in Latin America. Currently, she is Managing Director and leads the technical and ESG areas of the infrastructure fund, not only in Brazil, but also in Latin America, where Pátria has a very relevant asset allocation mandate. Through her active participation in Pátria, Marcia contributed to the development of contemporary societies through the positive impact on people’s lives and their communities. She has a degree in Civil Engineering from Poli-SP, with a postgraduate degree in Finance and HR from FGV, and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from George Washington University.
TERESA VERNAGLIA has assumed, throughout her 30-year career, a prominent role in the processes of universalizing and democratizing access to fundamental services for the Brazilian population, such as telecommunications networks, electricity distribution and basic sanitation. For the last 6 years, she was president of BRK Ambiental which, during this period, brought basic sanitation to more than 1 million families in all regions of Brazil, and became the best sanitation company in the Americas, and the second best in the world in ESG . Her work directly impacted health indicators by reducing the occurrence of hospitalizations and cases of water-borne diseases, improving education, and generating employment and income. She has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia de Sorocaba, with an MBA in Business Administration from ITA ESPM.

GUSTAVO CANTO LOPES is Mills' Chief Operations Officer and New Businesses Officer. Previously, he was a reference executive in the infrastructure sector where, for the last 3 years, he was Executive Director of Business Development and Innovation at CCR, which is one of the largest infrastructure players in Latin America. Gustavo actively participated in the process of identifying and developing investment opportunities in CCR transactions in Brazil and LatAm. As examples, we can mention the 6th round of airport concessions, Pampulha airport, Lines 8 and 9 in São Paulo, Dutra/RioSP, and sale of Quicko to MaaS. Prior to CCR, he was a partner at Roland Berger responsible for the regional, intercity and cargo infrastructure, restructuring and private equity practices, waterways, roads, buses and subways in Latin America and Europe. He has a degree in Economics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, with an MBA from Stanford University.
