Kingsley Gate Partners Announces Major Global Expansion in Latin America
Adds offices in Bogota, Buenos Aires, Caracas, Lima, Mexico City, Miami, São Paulo and Santiago
DALLAS – March 20, 2019 – Kingsley Gate Partners, the leader in retained executive search that scientifically helps ensure a lasting fit between its clients and placed candidates, today announced that it expanded its global presence through the strategic acquisition of leading Latin American executive search firm CPGroup Latam.

Through this acquisition, Kingsley Gate Partners continues its global expansion by adding 14 partners across eight offices including Bogota, Colombia; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Caracas, Venezuela; Lima, Peru; Mexico City, Mexico; São Paulo, Brazil; Santiago de Chile; and Miami, Florida. CPGroup Latam previously operated under an affiliation agreement with Caldwell Partners International Inc., which was mutually terminated on February 28, 2019.
