JOB TITLE INTERPRETATION
The job titles we use in our study do not correlate to each survey participant’s reported job title. We carefully reviewed the work history of each respondent and positioned them in this report based on the following:Vice President Asset Management; 6+ years of asset management experience with direct oversight of 5+ full-service properties; while vice president asset management was the most common title reported, there were others (i.e. senior vice president and senior director)
Director Asset Management; 2-5 years of asset management experience with direct oversight of 3+ full-service properties; while director asset management was the most common title reported, there were others (i.e. vice president and senior director)
