Marta Garrigues joined Seeliger y Conde · Kingsley Gate as a Senior Partner in 2014, bringing a wealth of experience in executive search and leadership consulting, previously honed at Ward Howell and Korn Ferry.
With a generalist background, Marta has advised numerous client corporations across Professional Services, Technology, and Media sectors. She is also actively involved in projects focused on Executive Talent Assessments and Succession Planning with a strong international scope.
Before transitioning to executive search, Marta served as Head of International R&D Projects, funded by the European Commission, at Algoritmos Procesos y Diseños SL, a Spanish hardware/software developer.
Marta is a Board Member of the SyC Foundation, dedicated to advising companies on disability matters and promoting non-discriminatory, fully inclusive diversity policies.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from Schiller University, London, and a graduate certificate in Human Resources from Harvard University. Fluent in Spanish and English, Marta is based at our Madrid office.
