Alvaro Collas Joins Kingsley Gate Partners
Global Executive Search Firm Deepens Presence in Latin America.
Dallas, Texas – 13 June 2022 – Kingsley Gate Partners, the leader in global executive search focused on building technologies to ensure you have better and faster search results through its proprietary framework, Synchronous Fit, today announced that Alvaro Collas has joined the firm as Senior Partner. He is based in Lima, Peru.
Alvaro brings more than 25 years of experience to Kingsley Gate in advising executives and companies, in various stages, on accelerating growth through people, innovation, technology, and sustainability practices.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, Alvaro was a Partner at a global executive search firm working in various industries such as Technology, Financial and Professional Services, and Extractives. He has placed executives and professionals across all industries and functional areas in Latin America. He is also an HR tech startup cofounder, and Endeavor Entrepreneur and Mentor. Alvaro worked at PwC in the Toronto, Canada and Lima, Peru offices, participating in large e-Procurement implementation projects and leading the Sustainability practice. He also worked at Oracle in Technology sales for the energy sector and at Citi as Relationship Manager for the mining sector and large multinationals.

Alvaro graduated from Western University in Ontario, Canada, where he earned his B.A. degree in Economics. Recently he graduated from the Digital Business Leadership Program at Columbia Business School.
