David Mansbach Joins Kingsley Gate Partners
Two Decades of Expertise Within the Hospitality Industry
Kingsley Gate Partners, the leader in global executive search that ensures a lasting fit between clients and placed candidates through its proprietary framework, Synchronous Fit, today announced that David Mansbach has joined the firm as a senior partner based in New York.
David brings more than two decades of experience advising hospitality clients and has sold and led engagements in the areas of executive recruitment, compensation consulting and business strategy and implementation. He is also an investor in early-stage restaurants and a human capital artificial intelligence technology platform.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, David served as a managing director at AETHOS Consulting Group, a firm he co-founded in 2013 to provide executive search, compensation consulting and human capital advisory services to the global restaurant, hotel and gaming industries and in the travel technology sector. Before co-founding AETHOS, David served as managing director and president of the Americas for a global executive search boutique serving the hospitality industry. David started his career at the Plaza Hotel in New York, where he served as Sales Manager.
