Alvaro is a Senior Partner at Kingsley Gate and brings extensive experience advising boards of directors and executives on accelerating the growth of their organizations through people, innovation, technology, and sustainability practices. Alvaro is an Endeavor entrepreneur and mentor.
Before joining Kingsley Gate, he worked as a Partner at a global executive search firm, leading projects in the technology, financial services, professional services, agribusiness, fishing, and mining sectors. He was also a co-founder of Quantum Talent, a technology startup focused on transforming the way people connect with jobs in Latin America. Quantum was acquired by Wonolo (USA) in 2022. Previously, he worked at PwC in Canada and Peru, participating in technology implementation projects and leading the sustainability services practice in Peru. In this position, Alvaro had the opportunity to advise various organizations throughout the sustainability value chain. He also worked at Oracle in technology sales for the energy sector and at Citi as a Relationship Manager for the mining sector and large multinationals. Alvaro has a bachelor's degree in economics from Western University, Ontario, Canada and has completed executive education programs at Columbia Business School and IMD. He is fluent in Spanish and English and has the Agile HR Practitioner certification.
He resides in Lima and works on projects in Latin America and Spain.
