Prior to Kingsley Gate, Andrew worked with Sheffield Haworth where he was a Managing Director. Previously, he was a partner and Managing Director with Warren International, a leading executive search boutique specializing in conducting team lift-outs and searches for the buy-side of the asset management industry.
