Pablo Cavero joined Seeliger y Conde · Kingsley Gate as a Senior Partner in 2016. With experience as General Manager and Director in the financial sector, and his involvement and expertise in Private Equity Investments, he specializes in the financial practice. He is also however, very involved in other sectors and Management Audits and searches for Board Directors.
His professional career has been linked for nearly 20 years to the Barclays Group in Spain and Europe, occupying different management positions such as Director of Strategic Planning for Europe, Commercial and Business Development General Manager for Retail and Corporate Banking in Spain, as well as member of the Exec. Committee and various Boards.
In 2012, he was appointed Regional Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Housing of the Madrid Community Regional Government, and in September of the same year, Councilor for Transport, Infrastructure and Housing, and Chairman of the Subway and Regional Transport Consortium. He has chaired the Committees at City Council level of Economy and Finance, Special Accounts and Member of the Environment and Mobility Committee, and Director of EMT (Municipal buses).
He holds degrees in Business Administration and Economics from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas - ICADE, with postgraduate studies at INSEAD, holds an AMP by Harvard Univ. and an Erasmus scholarship at ESSEC, Paris.
He speaks Spanish, English, French and Portuguese, is multicultural and avid sportsman, and is based at the Madrid office in Spain.
