She has extensive experience in leadership, transformation, and strategy roles within global organizations in different geographies.
In her current role as General Manager spanning Middle East , Africa and CEE Markets for Zimmer Biomet; Farah is responsible for the regional growth through enhancing the footprint and investment across the area during this transformative period in Healthcare.
Her main focus is partnering with hospitals and health authorities to help them benefit from Zimmer Biomet’s technology and data to improve efficiency and patient outcomes to alleviate pain and improve quality of life for people around the world.
Prior to joining Zimmer Biomet, Farah held various senior roles in Becton Dickinson, Medtronic, Abbott, and Novartis Pharma across the Emerging Markets.
