Adam El-Balawi Joins Kingsley Gate Partners
Global Executive Search Firm Deepens Presence in Middle East Market
New York – October 12, 2022 – Kingsley Gate Partners, a global executive search firm that is private-equity backed, tech-enabled, and rapidly expanding worldwide, today announced that Adam El-Balawi has joined the firm as a partner in the global financial services practice. He is based in Dubai.
Adam has more than two decades of experience placing senior-level finance executives with corporate & investment banks and family offices. He partners with his clients to identify, recruit and retain key talent sourced locally in the Middle East and across broader global geographies.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Adam was responsible for senior-level searches across Corporate and Investment Banking at Sheffield Haworth, based in Dubai.
Adam started his search career in London. In 2007 he moved to the United Arab Emirates to launch operations for Principal Search, a UK-based search boutique operating across a number of verticals within financial markets.
